For plush toys, our MOQ is 500pcs per item.

 

2. How about the quality?

1). How do you control the quality?

Our factory has ten years experiences in plush toys and holiday decorations manufacture. And all our workers are 10-20 years experiences in this industry. 

We will follow up the production strictly and check the finished products one by one, making sure the quality is good.

2). How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?

Tell us how many bad goods when you receive the products, sending us the photos, we will reach a agreement on how to deal with them. Normally we deduct the amount of the bad products to the customers for each order. If you are our repeat customers, we will make you more products for next order.

 

3.How about the sample?

1). How much is the sample fee?

Usually it is US$100 for each design. If you have many designs in one time, we will consider to charge you less.

2). Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?

Yes, when your order quantity is more than 1,000pcs, the sample fee is refundable.

3). What is the sampling time?

Normally, the samples will take us 7-15 days base on your quantity.

4). If I send my own samples to you, you duplicate the sample for me, should I get the free samples?

Sorry, due to our company’s regulation, we need to charge the sample.

5). How about the sample freight?

It dues to the volume of the samples. The lowest cost is about US$32.

6). If I don’t like the sample when I receive it, can you modify it for me?

Yes, you can inform us your comment after you receive the sample, we can modify the sample twice. But you need to pay the courier fee yourself.

 

4. How about the price?

1). Is your first price quote the final price?

 

Our first price quote is an estimate based on your design, sketch or drawing. Although we have spent many years working in the plush industry and can usually get close with our first quote, every project is slightly different. Therefore the final price may be higher or lower than the original quote. However your price will be final when you confirm the sample and there will not be any surprise charges to worry about.

 

2). Why sometimes our price is higher than other manufacturers’?

 

This question is the most one we get. There may be many reasons.

The most probable reason is different process for the products. For example, embroidery will cost more than printing. Also, sometimes in order to make the toys valid, we will make more details for the toys. It will cost more too.

   

5. How about the delivery time?

 1) Usually, it takes 30-45 days for production base on your quantity.

2) When you order is really big, for example, 200,000pcs-1,000,000pcs, you can consider to deliver them in many batches, you can save much time to receive them.

 

6. How about the payment term?

 

1) 30% deposit before production and 70% before shipment.

2) T/T, Western Union, Paypal will be acceptable.

 

7. Will you make our products to others?

 

We will sign an NDA (a Non Disclosure Agreement) with you. This means that we will try our best to protect your idea, we definitely won’t produce your product without your permission.

 

8. Can you make anything else besides plush toys?

 

Yes, we have helped our customers to make high-quality PVC custom figurines, bobble heads, books, stationeries, keychains, resin photo frames and more.
